Science Seeds Plan is started by Shanghai Association for Science and Technology and is launched to focus on the cultivation of innovative talents.

1) It offers students courses and outreaches that are developed under the guidance of STEM education along with in the form of PBL (project-based learning) to promote interdisciplinary study and to nurture talents with innovation ability. These courses cover the shortage of which most primary schools and middle schools lack.

2) Meanwhile, SSAYT implements a membership system, which offers students classified and specialized tutoring to meet different interests, needs as well as personal comprehensive abilities of students.They are interest, intern, research, senior and talent membership. Members are selected following the procedures in the picture below:

Shanghai Science Association for Young Talents (SSAYT) selects its research members through Science Seed Competition (SSC) with a panel of experts to review students’ research plan, selecting creative and enthusiastic students each year. Winners of SSC will have chances to join research membership and to enjoy face to face counseling by experts and assistants every week. Research membership enables students to turn research programs into practical results.
